As an Operations & Talent Specialist, I am responsible for attracting new talent to McFly & Brown and managing the operational processes that support this. I ensure that new colleagues have a smooth and successful start within our organization.

I play an active role in corporate recruitment, identifying and engaging ambitious professionals who align with McFly & Brown’s culture and objectives.
