Introduction
Are you an experienced technical project leader looking to contribute to the future of space technology? As an AIT Manager, you will coordinate the Assembly, Integration & Test activities for the development of next-generation flexible Solar Array systems. Working within a multidisciplinary and international environment, you will play a key role in delivering innovative satellite technologies that support missions with global impact. Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating and successfully delivering Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple development projects.

• Coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple projects.
• Develop and manage AIT planning and execution strategies.
• Coordinate internal test facilities and test campaigns.
• Ensure test execution meets quality, planning and safety requirements.
• Manage technical and operational stakeholders, including Project Managers, Team Leaders and Engineering teams, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvements within AIT processes.
• Support the successful delivery of advanced Solar Array programs.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience within a high-tech or engineering environment.
• Experience coordinating Assembly, Integration & Test activities or complex engineering projects.
• Strong planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
• You currently reside in the Netherlands and are available to work on-site in the Leiden area for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Experience within the aerospace or space sector is considered a strong advantage.
