From the initial concept through to successful production launch, you will play a key role in bringing cutting-edge technologies to life.
Your Responsibilities
As an R&D Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative development projects in the fields of electronics and medical devices.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of hardware, software, electronics, mechanical, and systems engineers.
- Manage the development of new electronic products and medical systems from concept through industrialization.
- Oversee project planning, budgets, quality, and technical progress throughout complex R&D projects.
- Coordinate verification, validation, and testing activities in accordance with applicable quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth transfer of products into production.
- Identify technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your Impact
In this role, you will directly contribute to the development of medical technologies and advanced electronic products that make a difference worldwide. You will bring together multiple engineering disciplines and help transform innovative ideas into reliable, safe, and manufacturable products. As such, you will play a key role in accelerating technological innovation within a highly regulated industry.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager within a high-tech R&D environment.
- Experience managing the development of electronic products and/or medical devices.
- Familiarity with structured product development methodologies such as the V-model and Stage-Gate development.
- Experience with Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 60601, or similar regulated environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and connect multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to balance technical challenges, project planning, and stakeholder management.
