As “Specialist HR & Operations” at McFly & Brown I am the contact person for coworkers and clients, wherein I am tasked with creating a friendly and useful/valuable cooperation. It is my job to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – from handling the on- and off boarding to contracts and all of the administrative matters such as salaries and billings. This way I make sure everyone can focus 100% on their work.​
