Develop and explore new applications for wet-chemical processes; Translate customer and product requirements into clear process and product specifications; Lead and coordinate R&D projects, including planning and progress monitoring; Investigate the technical feasibility and applicability of new processes; Bridge theory and practice and introduce new technologies; Share knowledge and insights with internal and external stakeholders.   What do we ask from you? Affinity with process development, technology and innovation; Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset; Ability to maintain overview and identify opportunities; Good communication skills at different levels; A completed university degree in, for example, chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science; Experience in (industrial) R&D is a plus.   What do we offer?
