Job description
Project Manager – Offshore
Location: Rotterdam – partially remote work possible

- Lead medium to large offshore projects within schedule, budget, and contract conditions.
- Act as the central point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage all project execution phases, from tender to delivery.
- Advise during tender phases on optimisations, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate contractual, financial, and technical requirements.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, including clients, suppliers, consultants, and executive teams.

- A salary range of €5,000 to €8,200 depending on experience, with guaranteed raises for strong performance.
- Profit-sharing between 5% and 10%, depending on company results.
- 30 vacation days + paid national holidays.

- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; structural engineering is a strong plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management within the offshore industry.
- Knowledge of Primavera (P6) or MS Project is a strong advantage.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Full professional fluency in English; Dutch is a big plus.
- A proactive, decisive leader who inspires and connects teams.
