Advanced Materials Manufacturing Strategist

Company Profile
You will be working for an international high-tech organization located in the Arnhem region that develops and produces advanced machines for the global semiconductor industry. Within a multidisciplinary team, you will work on innovative technology that is used in computers, phones, and other electronic applications.
What will you do?
  • Centralize and standardize material data across different product platforms;
  • Advise international production sites to ensure product quality and process reliability;
  • Lead innovation projects focused on cost reduction and improving product performance;
  • Analyze complex production or customer-related issues and solve them structurally.;
  • Collaborate with project managers to rapidly develop Proofs of Concept for customer requests.;
  • Coordinate the flow of information within projects and report progress to stakeholders and management.
What do we ask from you?
  • A completed university degree in materials science, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field;
  • Experience within a high-tech manufacturing environment;
  • Strong knowledge of technical materials and coatings, and the ability to translate this knowledge into practical production requirements;
  • Experience with precision machining and measurement methods within a manufacturing environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with simulations or improvement methodologies;
  • Good command of Dutch and English and willingness to travel internationally.
