Introduction
Do you want to design advanced electromechanical modules for cutting-edge high-tech systems? In this role, you work on complex equipment within domains such as E-beam, X-ray, optical systems, high-voltage technology and medical devices. You translate specifications into smart, manufacturable and reliable designs. Together with multidisciplinary experts, you bring innovative technology from concept to operational product.

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for developing electromechanical designs that combine performance, precision and manufacturability.

• Translate technical specifications into electromechanical concepts and detailed designs
• Develop modules for high-tech systems, including electronic devices and PCB assemblies
• Create 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, assembly models and technical documentation
• Perform design verification, prototyping, mechanical testing and validation
• Collaborate with system architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, suppliers and project teams
• Design enclosures, heatsinks, RF/EMI shielding and thermal management solutions
• Contribute to the growth of electromechanical competence within the organization

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanics or similar
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electromechanical design
• Experience with modules for E-beam, X-ray, optical and/or high-voltage systems
• Strong 3D CAD skills and experience with complete technical documentation
• Knowledge of materials, insulation, vacuum, cleanliness, thermal behaviour and stability
• Experience with thermal and structural analysis, prototyping, testing and validation

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of precision mechanics design principles

Offer

• Salary between €5,000 and €7,000 gross per month
• Up to €100,000 gross per year depending on experience
• 28 vacation days with the option to purchase up to 12 additional days
