What will you do?
•    Investigate and analyze new and existing processes and materials on a fundamental level;
•    Translate theory into practical and applicable solutions
-    Softskills: Creativity;
•    Assess the feasibility and applicability of new technologies;
•    Analyze and validate processes and share knowledge with colleagues
-    Softskills: Analytical and Persuasive;
•    Play a connecting role in (international) process development projects;
•    Support colleagues in process development within customer projects.

What do we ask from you?
•    A university degree in a relevant field such as Physics, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry;
•    Several years of experience in industrial research or process development;
•    The ability to translate research results into practical working methods;
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain overview (Helicopterview);
•    Affinity with innovation and technological development;
•    Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
