What will you do?

• Develop and explore new applications for wet-chemical processes;
• Translate customer and product requirements into clear process and product specifications;
• Lead and coordinate R&D projects, including planning and progress monitoring;
• Investigate the technical feasibility and applicability of new processes;
• Bridge theory and practice and introduce new technologies;
• Share knowledge and insights with internal and external stakeholders.

What do we ask from you?

• Affinity with process development, technology and innovation;

• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset;

• Ability to maintain overview and identify opportunities;

• Good communication skills at different levels;

• A completed university degree in, for example, chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science;

• Experience in (industrial) R&D is a plus.
