Introduction

As Project Manager R&D, you will manage multidisciplinary projects focused on irradiation programs for materials and fuels, supporting the development and operation of advanced nuclear reactors. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the effective delivery of complex technical projects within a multidisciplinary R&D setting.

• You lead technical projects from quotation and tender phase through execution and delivery
• You align customer requirements with internal technical knowledge, facilities and project scope
• You manage quality, cost, planning and scope throughout the full project lifecycle
• You coordinate internal experts and steer project execution from the center of the team
• You supervise quotation and tender processes and ensure technically sound proposals
• You monitor project risks, progress and stakeholder expectations and report clearly on status and results
• You ensure all activities are carried out with strong attention to safety, quality and compliance

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Physics or Chemistry
• Experience as a Project Manager in technical or R&D projects
• Project management training or certification, for example PRINCE2 or IPMA
• Experience with project management tools such as SAP and MS Project
• Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills in an international technical environment
• Nice to have: experience within the nuclear sector

Offer

• Salary between €4.800 and €6.800 gross per month, up to €92.000 per year
• 27 vacation days and 12 ADV days, with the option to buy 2 extra weeks of leave
• 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% year-end bonus
