My path from starter to teammanager
McFly & Brown was my first job after my study of Entrepreneurship. I started here as a consultant, within 9 months I was promoted to a senior, now I’m a team manager and a shareholder. My team is growing swiftly: from 2 to 5 people and we want to continue growing.

For me, recruitment is the most fun and challenging form of sales. You’re not only working with a static product, but with people, this makes every day unique. In recruitment you provide tailor-made solutions, and that is exactly what makes it so valuable.

Guidance for new employees
Are you starting with us? Then you will first receive an extensive induction programme. In five weeks, you will learn the basics of recruitment through a combination of training, coaching and practical experience.

My experience with McFly & Brown
Recruitment frequently has a certain image: cut-throat, corporate, high turnover, With us it is different. Of course we work hard and are commercially driven, but we also remain human.

Together we celebrate successes. Think about lunches, padel games, boxing, get-togethers and even a trip. Barcelona with the whole team remains a great memory that will stay with me for a long time. Twice a year, we can collectively earn such a trip with the team. If that’s not motivating to score extra, then I don’t know what is.
