My path from starter to teammanager
McFly & Brown was my first job after my study of Entrepreneurship. I started here as a consultant, within 9 months I was promoted to a senior, now I’m a team manager and a shareholder. My team is growing swiftly: from 2 to 5 people and we want to continue growing.

For me, recruitment is the most fun and challenging form of sales. You’re not only working with a static product, but with people, this makes every day unique. In recruitment you provide tailor-made solutions, and that is exactly what makes it so valuable.

Guidance for new employees
Start je bij ons? Dan krijg je eerst een uitgebreid inwerktraject. In vijf weken tijd leer je de basics van recruitment, door een combinatie van trainingen, coaching en praktijkervaring.
Are you starting with us? Then you will first receive an extensive induction programme. In five weeks, you will learn the basics of recruitment through a combination of training, coaching and practical experience.

My experience with McFly & Brown
Recruitment heeft vaak een bepaald imago: keihard, commercieel, veel verloop. Bij ons is dat anders. Natuurlijk werken we hard en zijn we commercieel gedreven, maar we blijven ook menselijk.
Recruitment frequently has a certain image: cut-throat, corporate, high turnover, With us it is different. Of course we work hard and are commercially driven, but we also remain human.

Successen vieren we samen. Denk aan lunches, padellen, boksen, borrels en soms zelfs een reis. Barcelona met het hele team blijft een geweldige herinnering die me nog lang bij zal blijven. Twee keer per jaar kunnen we gezamenlijk zo een reis met het team verdienen. Als dat geen motivatie is om extra te scoren, weet ik het niet meer.
Together we celebrate successes. Think about lunches, padel games, boxing, get-togethers and even a trip. Barcelona with the whole team remains a great memory that will stay with me for a long time. Twice a year, we can collectively earn such a trip with the team. If that’s not motivating to score extra, then I don’t know what is.

De bonussen maken het financieel ook interessant; Ik kwam vers uit de schoolbanken, en ben binnen 4 jaar manager en aandeelhouder, met een eigen koophuis in Amsterdam. Dit is iets waar ik heel trots op ben, maar waarvan ik ook geloof dat dit haalbaar is voor iedere collega!
The bonuses also make it financially attractive; I came fresh out of school, and within four years am a manager and shareholder, having bought a house in Amsterdam. This is something I am very proud of, but which I also believe is achievable for any colleague!
